It is a natural desire of every parent to allow the child to get used to a healthy lifestyle as early as possible. You can equip a sports corner in the children's room yourself, or you can purchase ready-made structures in the store. The main thing is that the classes bring joy to the baby and contribute to his physical development.

It is necessary

  • - wooden beam
  • - cuttings for a shovel
  • - metal corners, brackets, screws
  • - clothesline
  • - rings
  • - belts, cable
  • - gymnastic mats

Instructions

Step 1

Start equipping the sports corner in the children's room with the installation of the wall bars. Prepare two beams of wood, taking into account the height of the room. Work with a plane and sandpaper to avoid injuring your hands. Make holes in them for the crossbars. With a flow height of 3 m, there should be at least 12 such holes. For the crossbars, prepare the shovel cuttings, also pre-treated with sandpaper. Attach the corners to the bars and insert the crossbars. Press the workpiece against the wall and make markings for attaching the corners. After that, lay the wall on the floor, glue the crossbars and let them dry. Then attach the finished structure to the wall. Paint the crossbars in different colors - the projectile is ready to use.

Step 2

On top of the finished Swedish wall, attach two beams and two crossbars for the horizontal bar with screws. Fasten them in the same way as the wall. The horizontal bar should be at a distance of 60 cm from the wall.

Step 3

Make gymnastic rings from rings, rope, and belts. Using a cable, fasten the rings to the supporting crossbars of the frame.

Step 4

The rope ladder can be made in the form of a wall. The size of the frame is calculated individually, depending on the age of the child, his weight and the size of the room. Make a frame out of wood, varnish it. Use a clothesline for the net. Drill holes in the frame horizontally and vertically at the same distance, thread the rope through them, pulling tightly and tying in knots at the intersections. Attach the finished shell to the frame or to the wall with metal brackets and screws.

Step 5

Hang the swinging trapeze in the doorway on ropes. Make a trapeze seat from wood, covered with fabric. Attach some horizontal rope bars at the level of the child's spine for safety.

Step 6

As the child grows up, supplement the sports area with other equipment: parallel bars, a handlebar, a punching bag, a basketball hoop, an incline board that can be used as a machine for pumping up the abs and as a slide.
