Cross-stitching is a traditional female hobby (however, many men are also fans of it). Unfortunately, there is often very little time left for a hobby - work and household chores do not allow you to climb onto the sofa with a hoop and devote yourself to embroidery. And I want to complete a beautiful picture as early as possible. There is only one way out - to learn to embroider faster.

- - double-sided needle.

Step 1
Even when choosing an embroidery kit, think about how much time you plan to spend on creating your masterpiece. Perhaps a huge landscape with many colors looks impressive, but are you ready to embroider the sky and water for about a year, confused in similar shades of blue. Wouldn't it be better to buy a simpler painting, which will take you a month or two to create?
Step 2
Remember to use the hoop even if you have a stiff canvas that is comfortable to hold. Using the hoop will speed up your work.
Step 3
When settling down with embroidery, turn on your favorite music or put on an audiobook - this will make your pastime even more enjoyable. But you should not turn on the new movie, since you will periodically look at the screen and, due to this, get confused in embroidery. As a result, you will not be able to watch the film that you were waiting for, and work with the picture will slow down a lot.
Step 4
Learn to work with both hands at the same time. Let your right hand stick the needle from top to bottom, and the other from bottom to top. Of course, to work this way, you have to figure out how to keep both hands free. The embroidery machine can help you with this.
Step 5
In order to make things go faster, try to embroider this way: going from top to bottom, first embroider all the details of the same color in a half-cross. Then - all the details of a different color. After that, without looking at the diagram, you can very quickly finish the embroidery.
Step 6
To finish the picture faster, you can embroider not with a cross, but with a half-cross. Take a thicker thread, and your little trick will be almost invisible in the finished painting.
Step 7
There are special double-sided embroidery needles. These devices look like two needles welded together with an eye in the middle. If you get the hang of this needle, the embroidery work will go much faster!
