The technique of printing in the collage is based on the original method of producing beautiful paintings, which was developed by the German florist Friedhelm Raffel. With its help, you can create amazingly beautiful collages without much effort. With the help of a print, you can create an original "blurred" background.
Instructions
Step 1
This technique can be briefly described as follows: first, a few abstract strokes of paint are applied to the glass, after which a wet piece of paper is applied. Then this sheet is removed in an arbitrary movement. After the paint has dried, a suitable natural material is laid out on the resulting drawing, for example, dried flowers. Fix them with glue.
Step 2
The main feature of this technique is the unpredictability of the plot. When a sheet of paper comes into contact with the glass, the strokes turn into spectacular stains, transforming by displacement of the glass and acquiring even more unpredictable, abstract outlines.
Step 3
To work, you need a piece of glass (at least the size of a sheet), a palette, a brush, paints and a spray bottle.
Step 4
So, alternately apply paints to the palette, carefully wiping off the brush after applying each color. Try to place the masks separately from each other so that the paints do not mix ahead of time.
Step 5
Spray the finished palette with water from a spray bottle. In the same way, thoroughly moisten the paper used for the background. Next, use a brush to apply paints from the palette to the glass.
Step 6
Wet the applied paint smears again with water from the spray. They will look a little blurry. Now place a piece of glass with paint on a sheet of paper with the colored side down and move the glass with free movements to smear the paint on the sheet.
Step 7
Remove the glass, evaluate the resulting drawing. Next, dampen a sheet of paper with water again to soften the paint stains slightly. The finished collage background will be ready as soon as the paper dries.
Step 8
Plants chosen for the composition should be tinted with gouache to match the background. Then they need to be fixed on the collage with hot glue. On the finished and dried work, put a cardboard mat of the appropriate size and insert the collage into a pre-selected wooden frame with glass. Separate or arranged in a single cluster of plant elements on the collage look very organic.
