This beautiful and graceful animal also has a beautiful look. How to convey it with a pencil so that it really looks like? Any drawing is drawn in several stages, first sketch out the sketch, then work it out, specifying the details.
Instructions
Step 1
Draw the line of the eyes, for cats it is in the middle of the muzzle. It should be divided by dashes so that the size (width) of the eyes and the space between the eyes are equal. Using a light pencil, sketch out the lines that outline the eye. They should be above and below, limiting its height, and on the sides of the eye. Moreover, the line limiting the eye from the side of the nose is slightly beveled and moves towards the nose.
Step 2
Draw a circle within the tangent lines. Draw the inner corner of the eye along an oblique line, moving it down to the level of the edge of the eye. Draw the upper eyelid below the upper tangent line. To do this, draw an arc about a quarter of a circle, as if lowering the eyelid. Then the eyes will not be bulging in surprise. But cats' eyes can be both round and with a very predatory, oblique cut, in the latter case, the lower eyelid is also drawn raised. Clearly outline the contours of the eyes.
Step 3
Draw the pupil. In cats, it changes its size depending on the lighting, just like in humans. Therefore, you can also paint it either round (at dusk) or thin, slit (in bright light). The iris in cats occupies almost the entire eye, the protein is almost invisible, except occasionally when the cat's eyes are wide open.
Step 4
Now add some volume to the eyes with highlights and shadows. When noticing the glare of light in your eyes, focus on the location of the light source and its quality. Those. the lamp will give a point flare (draw it in the form of a circle), and the window can give a wide flare, square or crescent. Draw a small shadow under the upper eyelid - after all, it is not flat and casts a shadow over the eyeball, and also shade the eyeball at the lower eyelid, slightly, with a thin stripe. Shade the iris, leaving a glint of light. In the inner corner, the third eyelid also remains light. Continue the outer corner of the eye with a short arrow towards the edge of the head.
Step 5
Draw fur with strokes around the eyes, on the upper eyelid, the direction of the pile is up and out, and on the lower eyelid, respectively, down and out.
