New Year and Christmas are getting closer. But not every family is able to purchase a Christmas tree: it is expensive for some, and some simply have nowhere to put it because of the small size of the apartment. Do not be discouraged, as you can make this most important festive attribute yourself with your own hands.

Step 1
Option I You will need pine, Christmas or fir twigs. They can be purchased at the Christmas tree bazaars. A clay pot or small plastic bucket to be filled with sand, pebbles, or gypsum. A stick with a length of twenty-five centimeters, a nail, a hammer, metal mesh, scotch tape, scissors and a flower oasis. You can buy it at a florist shop. You will also need small and light Christmas tree decorations, such as tinsel, bows. Pour the prepared filler into the container. Drive a long nail into the end of the stick. Cut a cone of the desired size from the floristic oasis. Saturate it with water. Put it on a stick. Stick in and secure the stick in the filler. The nail should be at the top. Fold the mesh in half, make a cone out of it that matches the size of the cone from the oasis. Secure the edges with wire. Slide the wire mesh cone over the stick and attach to the nail. Insert the branches of the Christmas tree, starting from the bottom of the composition, perpendicular to the stick. Their tips will be submerged in a humid oasis, and your Christmas tree will stay fresh longer. In addition, the oasis is a convenient fixator. When about eight centimeters remain to the top, take very small branches and form the top first, and then set the branches downward. Now you can decorate the Christmas tree.
Step 2
Option II For a cheaper and faster creation of an artificial Christmas tree, you will need: thick paper, for example, cardboard, compasses, green or silver tinsel, paper clips, scissors and beads for the Christmas tree. Draw a circle on a piece of Whatman paper or cardboard. The diameter should be equal to twenty-five centimeters. Cut it out and cut it into two equal pieces. Roll a cone out of half a cardboard circle. Secure the edges with paper clips or tape. Wrap tinsel around it in a spiral, attach its ends with paper clips. Decorate the finished Christmas tree with paper beads or snowflakes
Step 3
Option III For those with a sweet tooth, a Christmas tree made of candies will be a real gift. Prepare liquid nails or scotch tape, a lot of candy, an asterisk, cardboard. Make a paper cone as in the second option. Cover it with gold or silver foil. First attach a foil star to the sharp end of the cone with glue. You need to fasten the candies very tightly to each other, only at the very tip of the wrapper. If you are making a Christmas tree from chocolate truffles, then you need to glue them with the narrow side to the base. Sweets in a shiny wrapper look very nice. Decorate the finished Christmas tree with bows. Place the tree on a flat, flat stand.
