It is necessary

  • - carnations;
  • - nippers;
  • - file;
  • - wire;
  • - paper clips;
  • - a hammer;
  • - magnetic tube;
  • - glue;
  • - low-frequency speaker;
  • - chipboard;
  • - Personal Computer;
  • - drill with drill;
  • - wood putty;
  • - putty knife;
  • - sandpaper;
  • - self-adhesive;
  • - silicone;
  • - the wire;
  • - jigsaw.

Instructions

Step 1

Bite off part of the nail with pliers (leave a part of the nail that would correspond to the height of the speaker being created). Then carefully file the "nibble" side with a file. Wrap a copper wire with enamel insulation around the part of the nail where the head is.

Step 2

Make a base by hammering a regular metal paper clip to turn it into a small piece of foil.

Step 3

After that, take a magnetic tube, place a nail with a coil in its center and glue it all to the base. From a second metal paper clip, make a thin, foil-like plate and place it on top of the magnetic tube.

Step 4

Connect the speaker and enjoy listening to your favorite music.

Step 5

Assemble the subwoofer. To do this, buy for him a "heart" - a woofer. Then everything is simple: using the program for calculating the cut, determine the size of the case. This is a very important step, since the sound quality will depend on the correct sizing. The body is made of chipboard 24 mm thick. Transfer the dimensions of the subwoofer to the chipboard and cut out. Then connect the walls of the future subwoofer using self-tapping screws, having previously drilled the holes with a drill of a suitable diameter. For reliability, coat the joining parts of the chipboard with wood glue.

Step 6

Treat the inside of the subwoofer. Coat all internal joint seams with silicone sealant. Then putty the inner walls of the subwoofer, and then sand the desired grit and sand the walls. Cut out the holes for the socket and the bass reflex with a jigsaw, and also make beautiful handles on the body. After the performed procedures, glue the subwoofer case with decorative self-adhesive. Finally, attach the speaker, bass reflex and wire.
