Step 1
So, we take a light fabric and cut out a strip from it, the width of which should be equal to 2 centimeters. Then we get rid of the folds on the cut-out section, that is, we iron it well. Next, using scissors, we make cuts in the fabric so that they look like flower petals.

Now, using a needle and thread, we sew our segment with a dotted seam, and we do this on the side of the fabric on which there are no petals.

After you have sewn the entire piece of fabric, you need to pull the thread so that a flower is formed.

We need very little felt for this decoration. Cut a circle out of a small piece of this fabric. We coat the resulting circle with glue, and then glue our future flower to it. Do everything carefully and try to hide the ends of the product, since the beauty of our craft depends on this stage of work.

Now we decorate our product with a beautiful button. It needs to be glued or simply sewn to the middle of the flower.
Step 6
The flower is ready, it remains only to make the gum itself. To do this, cut out a small square from felt. We wrap an elastic band with it, and then sew it. We glue the resulting detail to the decoration. The hair tie is ready!
