How to make a simple hair tie
You will need:
- black fabric;
- linen elastic;
- white lace tape one centimeter wide.
The first step is to cut a rectangle from black fabric with sides of 25 and 8 centimeters. Cut off 25 cm of lace.
Put the fabric in front of you with the right side up, attach the tape to one cut so that all three of their edges coincide (the tape does not crawl out of the black fabric). Next, you need to cover the braid with the free end of the dark matter, level the edges and carefully grind, stepping back from the edge no more than five millimeters (you do not need to grind the side sections).
Now you need to turn out the resulting workpiece. Cut off 10 centimeters from the linen gum, insert it into the hole in the fabric and stitch it as tightly as possible.
Insert a black thread into the needle and carefully sew one edge of the dark fabric to the other with a blind stitch. It is worth noting that it is necessary to sew as tightly as possible, only in this case the product can serve for a long period of time.
How to make an elastic band from ribbons
You will need:
- the simplest hair tie for white hair;
- white satin ribbon 2.5 cm wide;
- pink satin ribbon 5 cm wide:
- large bead;
- a needle;
- glue;
- threads.
Cut off seven centimeters from the white tape, and 10 centimeters from the pink tape. In total, you need five white and five pink blanks.
Next, you need to take a piece of white tape, fold it in half and carefully grind the ends with a needle and thread in the color of the tape, then do the same with all the blanks (both white and pink). As a result, there should be 10 "petals".
Now you need to collect the white petals so that you get a flower: spread them around and glue them together. Do the same with pink blanks.
The next stage is assembly. It is necessary to glue the two resulting "flowers" together so that the smaller flower is on top. Glue a large bead in the middle.
The last thing to do is to put the elastic and the artificial flower together. To do this, cut off a piece of 1.5 centimeters long from the white tape, grease it abundantly with glue and carefully glue the rubber band with it to the wrong side of the "flower".
