The child is more drawn to the doll, created by his own hands, because it carries a completely different, elusive energy and attracts with its simplicity and individuality. And the sincere delight of the baby is worth a lot! Is your doll almost ready and all that remains is to finish the work with the face? Many have difficulty painting eyes. And since you put a piece of your soul into your work, it is very important to display it through your eyes.
It is necessary
a simple pencil, paintbrush, paints (preferably acrylic), toothpicks or a stationery stroke
Instructions
Step 1
To begin with, on the face of the doll, you need to outline the location of all parts with a pencil. The eyes of the doll can be drawn more round and larger than they are drawn in the ideal proportions of the face.
Step 2
After applying the general tone to the face, we proceed to painting the peephole. First of all, we take a simple pencil and outline the location of the iris and pupil.
Step 3
Now we take white paint and paint the squirrel. An important feature: if you are drawing the eyes of a small child, then the protein should be brighter and the iris larger than the eyes of an elderly person. Here, the protein must be shaded with yellowness, and the iris must be slightly reduced.
Step 4
The fourth step for coloring the eyes of the doll is next. We take the average tone of paint for painting the iris, taking into account the fact that further it will be necessary to shade the eyes.
Step 5
It is necessary to draw a shadow from the upper eyelid of the eye, which covers almost half of the iris. To do this, take black paint and add one drop to the main tone.
Step 6
Now draw the pupil using black paint. The size of the pupil is one third of the iris of the eye.
Step 7
The next step is the most important. We need to breathe life into our doll by adding live light to the eyes. First you need to determine where the light falls on the doll's face, marking with a pencil the place where the highlight will be applied.
Step 8
Add white paint to the main tone. Draw light on the opposite side of the highlight at the border of the iris and pupil. This place on the iris turns out to be the lightest.
Step 9
Last step. Apply a glare to the pupil. Note that the highlights are drawn in small dots in one direction and opposite the lightest spot on the iris. The highlight must be painted in completely white. It is better to apply it with a clerical stroke or a toothpick if the pupa is small.
Step 10
And the final design of the peephole is to trace them along the contour. For this we will use black or dark brown paint.
