Look at the color of the secretions, if they become pale and scanty, which happens 10-13 days after the onset of estrus, you can start mating.

Don't rush the pugs, let them be alone. The flirting period is necessary, it creates the necessary physiological cravings. The male sniffs the pug, so he receives a signal that he is ready to mate. The moment of crossing occurs after 20 minutes, fertilization is almost always successful the first time. During mating, the male is active, the bitch stands still.

Carry out the mating of pugs on a table or other elevated location. Hold the pug by the shoulders from the side of the head. It will be more convenient for you to stand on the side, if the pug is inexperienced, you can help him. Place one hand under the dog's belly, between the hind legs. Watch your pets. Males do not always behave calmly, sometimes temperamental pugs come across. If so, give him time to rest.
