Minecraft gameplay is a great pastime in itself. However, it becomes even more fun the moment the player gets hold of records and creates or finds a turntable for them. Good music perfectly "charges" the game - especially when you consider that a gamer can set his favorite compositions.

It is necessary

  • - sites for converting music formats
  • - special mods and programs

Instructions

Step 1

What to do when the standard set of melodies found on records in Minecraft doesn't suit you? Try replacing them with ones that are more familiar to your hearing. However, be patient, because installing new music instead of the default one is quite painstaking and requires a thorough approach. Strictly adhere to the recommendations of experienced ones - especially if you have zero experience in such an undertaking.

Step 2

Install the Minecraft Forge mod (in the case when you have not previously done this). Then select the musical composition that you want to hear in the game. Be sure to save it to the device from where you go to Minecraft. Go to a site that converts mp3 audio format to ogg. Open the file with the desired song through it, and be sure to mark the item about the need to normalize the sound (so that its quality is finally worthy). Click the button that prompts you to start converting the document to the desired format.

Step 3

After the conversion is completed, save the resulting file, avoiding any characters in its name, except letters and / or numbers, also do not use underscores and spaces. Then install the More Records Mod via your Forge. To do this, copy to the steaming folder (it is located in resouces / mod) of the latter, all documents that are in the first in put in resources.

Step 4

Open the More Records Mod archive using a suitable program and unpack the entire put in mods directory there. In it you will see two folders - textures and darkhax. Work on converting the files to them, and to do this, use the software product In Class Translator. Download its installation file from any reliable resource and install it on your own computer. After starting the program, click on the "Open" inscription in it and navigate to the folder into which More Records Mod was unpacked.

Step 5

Go through the In Class Translator to the various files in the darkhax and textures folders (mainly pay attention to those with the.class extension). Replace in their text content the name of the song indicated there with the one that carries the melody that you want to install on disk in Minecraft. Do the same with the name of the artist / musical group, inserting what you need instead of the default. In total, replacements will only be required in no more than a dozen files. After completing such transformations, pack the darkhax and textures back into the jar-archive and drop it into the folder with the game's mods. Now the desired composition will appear on one of the discs in the gameplay.
