Hats not only protect from bad weather, but also adorn people's appearance. You can buy them in the store or do it yourself. Knitting women's caps, hats and berets is not difficult, products are made both with knitting needles and crocheted. Knitted caps complement the sporty style.

Instructions
Step 1
Knit a woman's cap with knitting needles. First, come up with a model, pattern and select the thread of the desired color. The cap can fit snugly around the head or be loose, like the Gavroche model.
Step 2
Tie a swatch to determine the density of knitting. Measure the circumference of your head and calculate the required number of loops.
Step 3
Cast on the loops, distribute them on four knitting needles. You can also knit women's caps on straight knitting needles; at the end of the work, in this case, you will have to perform the back seam. Knit several rows in a circle with an elastic band.
Step 4
Tie a loose cap like a beret. Divide the stitches into six parts and make even stitch increases. Include new loops in the pattern.
Step 5
After 5-6 centimeters, knit the fabric without adding loops. Then start decreasing the stitches by knitting them together two or six times in every second row. Pull off the remaining loops with a working thread.
Step 6
If you are knitting a tight-fitting cap, there is no need to add after the elastic. At the desired height, evenly reduce the hinges, distributing them into six parts. Finish knitting the cap as in the previous case.
Step 7
For a visor, cast the desired number of loops along the bottom edge of the elastic. Work in shortened rows on the visor, removing the last two stitches on an extra knitting needle. Tie the seamy side of the visor in elongated rows, knitting the removed loops.
Step 8
Insert a thick plastic of the desired shape into the visor. Sew the hole with a blind seam. Thread a few strands of spandex through the front stitches of the first row of elastic and secure them well.
Step 9
It is easier to crochet women's caps from the center. On a stitched ring, work a crochet circle. Then increase the number of bars evenly. Knit the main part of the cap with the selected pattern.
Step 10
Decrease by knitting one double crochet over two from the previous row. Finish knitting the cap with single crochets. Tie the visor in the middle, rounding off its edges.
