Making a New Year's beauty from multi-colored paper napkins is extremely simple to make, so it is quite possible to make it with children.
It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
At the initial stage, make the base of the tree. Roll the cardboard into a cone, try it on to make the body of a tall, slender Christmas tree. Secure the edges of the cardboard with double-sided tape or Moment glue.
Step 2
To create the body, you can use a ready-made foam cone, which is sold in creative stores. Remove excess cardboard so that the cone is level on a horizontal plane.
Step 3
Next, fill the cardboard blank with newspapers so that it retains its shape and the cardboard does not bend.
Step 4
Make the base of the tree. Cut a circle out of cardboard and tape it to the base with double-sided tape. Prepare needles flowers.
Step 5
Pick up colored paper napkins. Cut out the flower stencil. Draw a circle and round the edges of the circle to represent the petals. In the first case, the flowers will resemble peonies, in the second - carnations.
Step 6
To make a flower, first fold the napkin in half. Then again in half. Subsequently, place a stencil on a folded napkin and trace around it.
Step 7
Staple the flower elements in the middle with a stapler and cut around the circumference. Form the flowers by folding each layer of the napkin towards the middle. You should get lush airy peonies and carnations. Do the same for the rest of the napkins.
Step 8
Collect the tree. Glue the flowers with the "Moment" ("Titanium") glue to the cone of the tree. Begin to attach from the bottom (bases) and continue sequentially in a circle, row by row, alternating colors.
Step 9
Place flowers of the next row in the intervals of the previous row to close the gaps. Decorate the finished beauty with multi-colored beads, gluing them to the tops of flowers.
