Instructions
Step 1
First, you should familiarize yourself with the loop device in order to understand how to knit patterns and read knitting patterns. So, each hinge has a back and a front wall. Take a closer look, and you will see a thread connecting two loops located nearby, it is called a broach. And one more concept is the loop step. This is the distance between adjacent loops.
Step 2
The front loop is knitted like this: take the knitting needle with the first row in the left hand, the working thread at work, insert the needle in the right hand into the first loop behind the front wall and grab the working thread, then pull it out. Sometimes the front loops are also knitted behind the back wall, often such loops are called "grandmother's".
Step 3
When knitting a purl loop, the working thread should be placed before work. Insert the needle in your right hand behind the back of the buttonhole. Grab the working thread and pull the loop away from you.
Step 4
To form the fabric of the product, loops are added or subtracted. Knit together as two or more loops. So, a knitting needle with a knitted fabric is held in your left hand (if you are right-handed). Don't forget that the working thread is at work. Insert the knitting needle in your right hand under the front wall of the two loops, grab the working thread and pull it towards you. The same can be done with purl loops, when knitting with a purl loop, do not forget that the working thread must be in front of work.
Step 5
In order for small holes to appear in the pattern, a yarn is made. There are 2 types of nakida "from oneself" and "to oneself". However, the crochet "from oneself" is rarely used. To make a yarn, a knitting needle is wrapped with a working thread in the right hand; in the next row, yarns are usually knitted with a purl loop. If after the crochet you need to knit a purl loop, then hold the thread with your index finger so that it does not slip off the knitting needle. Having mastered knitting of basic loops, you can start mastering knitting of openwork patterns, various braids and patterns.
