Instructions
Step 1
For the manufacture of this craft, we mainly need only denim seams. Therefore, we carefully cut the jeans and cut them out. After our working material is ready, we trim it, that is, we cut off all the extra protruding threads.
Step 2
We start making the bottom of the basket. We apply hot glue to the seam and begin to twist it in a spiral. We do everything very carefully and carefully, especially at the initial stage of work. Make sure that the edges of the seam do not crawl out beyond the spiral. If this happens, be sure to correct the detail.
Step 3
If you run out of working "thread", then we take a new strip of seam, glue it and continue working until the bottom of the basket reaches the desired size. At the end of the work, fix the seam with hot glue.
Step 4
Next, you need to make the sides for the future basket. We make them in the same way as the bottom of the craft. Their differences are only in size and in the hole, which is in the middle of the spiral. We fix the resulting sides with hot glue.
Step 5
Cut out several strips 1, 5 centimeters wide from jeans. We make a fringe on them along the entire length. Such denim segments need to be wrapped around the sides of the product, and then glue the ends inside the craft. A basket of old jeans is ready!
