Audiobooks have long ceased to amaze someone, but the ability to read aloud any text on a computer may seem funny and even useful to many. This can be done using the popular Balabolka program. The features of the program include its ability to reproduce texts in Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese. "Balabolka" can not only read any texts aloud, but also save the voiced in audio files.
Instructions
Step 1
To install the program, go to the official application page on the Internet at https://www.cross-plus-a.ru/balabolka.html and download the installation file. Run it on your computer and follow the instructions of the installation wizard to complete the installation
Step 2
Simple installation of the program shell is not enough to work with text scoring. It is also necessary to download "speech synthesizers" (voices), which are responsible for the voice acting. They can be found on the same page by scrolling down.
Step 3
If after downloading and installing the required speech synthesizers "Balabolka" does not work, install the Microsoft Speech API package of functions (the link to the installation file is also on the program page).
Step 4
After completing the installation of the required components, start the program. Copy the reading text and paste it into the main Balabolki window. Press the play button on the main menu to start reading the text aloud.
