Catching pike perch on sprat is becoming more and more popular, in summer sprat (Caspian sprat) is the main food for many predatory fish, and in winter it is very fond of burbot and pike perch. Sprat can be bought at any store, but this type of fishing is distinguished by a number of specific requirements and subtleties, the knowledge of which will lead you to success.

Step 1
If you live near a body of water where this small fish is found, catch the required amount with a lift. If you can't catch tulka in the rivers and lakes of your region or you don't have time to catch it, just buy a kilogram of freshly frozen sprat in the store.
Step 2
You can plant the tulle in different ways, choose the right one by experience. Try to hook the tulle onto a jig head or jig by the tail, so that in the water it will be head towards the pike perch. Or cut off the fish's head and stick its body in two punctures in different ways, pulling the hook out near the spine (planted in a semicircle, it will "play" in the water). At the same time, put the head on the upper hook, adding a couple of worms to it. Alternatively, try sticking the bait across.
Step 3
To catch a pot on a tulle, take a regular winter fishing rod with a line drum, 70-90 mm reel, with a medium-length whip. A nod is imperative, choose a bouncy one so that it does not wobble in strong winds and does not sail. It is best to use a conical elastic plate or a metal spring with a bright ball at the end for this.
Step 4
Choose such a line so as not to make the tackle too coarse and at the same time feel confident that the fish will be in your hands by pecking. The best tackle for tulle fishing is a jig at the end of the line and a hanging hook 25-40 cm above it. If you use a glow-in-the-dark jig, tie it on a leash, the optimal length of which is 15 cm.
Step 5
Take advantage of the fact that walleye is a nocturnal predator, and most often it lives at considerable depths, so it can distinguish light very well. Color jig heads or jigs with glow-in-the-dark phosphor.
Step 6
Adhere to the following tactics for catching zander: if there are no bites in a promising place, even when using several methods of feeding the bait and posting, look for another place. Zander is most often tied to a specific point, and your task is to find this place.
Step 7
If you are sure that there is a walleye in a certain place, try to stir it up. For example, proceed as follows: first, actively fish several holes. If the bites are weak, line up the fishing rods and play along with the bait one by one. If the bites are active, try different methods of posting, both fast and slow.
