1. Make a pattern out of paper or cardboard according to the diagram below. If you need a larger or smaller pendant, resize the pattern proportionally in any graphic editor.
2. To create the simplest pendant, cut out two pieces of felt (see detail (1) in the diagram above). If you are going to decorate the pendant, then the easiest way to do it is applique. In order to make a simple applique, cut out the hearts even smaller (respectively, details (2) and (3) in the diagram).
If you are going to decorate a heart pendant, this must be done before stitching the parts (1). The applique must be sewn with neat stitches over the edge with a contrasting color thread.
3. Fold the main parts of the heart with the wrong side inward and sew along the edge with neat stitches over the edge with a contrasting color thread. In the process of sewing, insert the ends of the lace inward and attach it to the heart with one of the stitches. When stitching, leave 2 to 3 cm unstitched edges.
