How to make a starfish

1. Take a square piece of paper and fold it in half.

2. Perpendicular to the fold, fold in the middle.

3. Fold the top corner of a sheet of paper towards the center of the square and unfold it back. At the folds, you will see the intersection of the lines, which will be required for further manipulations.

4. Bend the line of the square AB to the point at the intersection of the previous folds.

5. Unfold the sheet back.

6. Bend the AB line to the top edge. The fold line should follow the point that was obtained at the intersection of the previous folds.

7. Fold the top of the sheet towards the bottom.

8. Turn the workpiece right-side down.

9. Bend two corners and iron the workpiece by hand to show the folds more clearly.

10. Fold the top corner parallel to the base line.

11. Expand the resulting blank.

12. Attach a corner to the marked line.

13. Fold in the corners as shown in the drawing.
