To legally hunt wild animals, you must obtain a special permit called a hunting ticket. This permission is issued at the place of registration and only to adult citizens of the Russian Federation.

Step 1
If you want to get a hunting ticket, which gives you the right to hunt for 5 years, remember that you will have to make notes annually before the end of March in specialized government agencies. Otherwise, the ticket will be invalid.
Step 2
Apply in writing to the Department for the Conservation and Rational Use of Hunting Resources near your place of registration. Be sure to attach the original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation to the application.
Step 3
You can also write a statement at the hunting club. The application form is available online or directly from the Department of Conservation and Conservation of Hunting Resources or the club.
Step 4
Be sure to pass the exam on the rules of hunting and handling weapons, their storage, safety. Without passing these tests, you will not be given a hunting ticket.
Step 5
Obtain a permit to store hunting weapons.
Step 6
The ticket is issued within ten days. After the issuance of a hunting ticket, it must be registered in a special book of records. The record must be certified by the signature of an official authorized representative of the local department of the Department for the Protection and Rational Use of Hunting Resources, as well as a seal.
Step 7
Make sure that your hunting pass is marked with a mark that you have passed the required tests.
Step 8
If you change your place of registration, deregister, and then register at your new place of residence within two weeks.
Step 9
After five years, the hunting ticket must be replaced. Just write a replacement request one month before the expiration date and register with the hunting club or the Department of Conservation and Rational Use of Hunting Resources. A new ticket will be issued to you within a month from the date of application.
