Lizards are cute creatures, children really like them. It is not so difficult to weave them from beads, it is often from this master class that beadwork lessons for little needlewomen begin, since the work is quite simple and fast.
To make a lizard figurine, you will need:
- round beads of any color;
- 2 black eye beads;
- thin wire for beading;
- nippers or scissors.
Lizard face
The weaving pattern is pretty easy. Cut a piece of wire about 25 cm long. String 3 beads on the cord and place them in the center. Then pull the right tip through the first and middle beads to form a triangle. Tighten the wire by pulling on the ends.
Lizards from beads look very nice if weave them from beads of two contrasting shades.
String 1 black, 1 color and black beads onto the right end. Pull the left end of the wire through all 3 beads and tighten by pulling on both sides of the cord. In the next row, string 2 beads of the base shade and tighten as described above.
Weaving the torso, legs and tail of the lizard
Next, move on to weaving the body and legs of the reptile. String 5 beads on the right side. Pull the end of the wire through beads 1 and 2 of this row and tighten. Make the left leg of the lizard in the same way.
Then weave the torso in parallel. First string 3 beads, in the next two rows, four and again 3 beads of the main shade. Next, weave the 2 hind legs in the same way as the front legs of the lizard.
String on 2 beads and secure. Each subsequent row will contain one bead. It will be enough to make 5-6 rows. Secure the wire with several turns and cut.

This figurine can be left as it is, or it is possible to make a cute and practical accessory out of it. To make a keychain, take a key ring and attach it with several turns of wire to the animal's tail.
