Instructions

Step 1

So, for work you will need plasticine, modeling mass or polymer clay of different colors, for example, black and white for the eyes, pink, yellow, green, blue and blue for the body. Also prepare a plasticine stack or knife, a toothpick or fine knitting needle, paper hand towels, and a bowl of water to wet your hands.

Roll up plasticine balls of each color (except white, pink and black). Next, turn the balls into thin sausages of the same length.

Step 2

Start shaping your torso. Make a "carrot" out of a white ball, level the surface slightly on top. Then put pre-cooked colorful sausages on top of the "carrots". The sausages are arranged perpendicularly, and the excess is cut off. Thus, the entire upper part of the carrot body is covered with multi-colored stripes. Press them a little to the body.

Step 3

Make stripes on the torso. Using a toothpick, draw lines on the colored stripes, as if dividing them into small squares. Make sure the lines are straight.

Step 4

Make a lizard face. Roll a ball out of pink plasticine, then pull one of the sides of the ball forward a little, forming a sharp muzzle. It is also necessary to smooth the surface from above. Press the muzzle to the body.

Step 5

Make the legs of the lizard. Make four small balls of blue plasticine, then form flat sausages out of them. Bend two sausages to the left, and two to the right - these are the blanks of the legs. Attach them to the lizard's belly, press firmly, but be careful not to deform the back. Use a toothpick to make strips of fingers and stripes along and across the legs, repeating the pattern on the back.

Step 6

Make the eyes. Roll up white balls, attach them to the head of the lizard. Then make black balls, flatten them a little and press them against the eyes. Use a toothpick to make two holes on the tip of the muzzle - this is the nose. The lizard is ready!

Step 7

If the material of manufacture is polymer clay, then bake the finished lizard in the oven at a temperature of 130 ° C. And a lizard with a magnet glued to its tummy is an excellent decoration for the refrigerator and an original idea for a gift.
