You can make so many things from polymer clay: for example, animal figurines or unusual earrings, a brooch or a bracelet. But the main thing is that polymer clay can be easily made with your own hands.
It is necessary
- - fireproof glass bowl
- - a piece of polyethylene
- - 1 cup cornstarch
- - 1 glass of PVA glue
- - 1 tbsp hand cream
- - 1 tablespoon petroleum jelly
- - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Pour PVA glue into a glass refractory bowl, add starch and petroleum jelly there, mixing thoroughly.
Step 2
Add lemon juice to the mixture and continue stirring until smooth.
Step 3
Place the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir and leave for another 30 seconds.
Step 4
Spread the hand cream on the surface where you plan to remove the resulting mass.
Step 5
Remove the bowl from the microwave and peel off the crust.
Step 6
Dump the mixture onto a surface that has been liberally greased with hand cream.
Step 7
Knead the mass for five minutes. As a result, it should become pliable and elastic.
Step 8
Let the mixture cool, then wrap it in plastic wrap.
