Do not overload the logo with various inscriptions, abbreviations - a few letters will be enough. Either use a smaller font, or place the required text around the perimeter.
The emblem should be bright, memorable and informative. She must radiate pride and strength, as well as match the spirit of what she personifies, especially if it is necessary to sew it on the uniform of employees.

Now the most important thing: the semantic content of the picture. The image should be related to your theme, but try to avoid platitudes - original solutions will be very useful.
