The New Year is approaching, very soon the markets will start selling live Christmas trees, the apartments will smell of tangerines, and the air will blow with the pre-holiday bustle. On such days, it's time to start decorating your home. Together with your child, make a voluminous paper snowflake that can be hung on the door or attached above the ceiling.
It is necessary
- - 6 identical square sheets of paper;
- - scissors;
- - ruler;
- - glue;
- - stapler;
- - material for decoration (beads, rhinestones, sparkles).
Instructions
Step 1
Bend each of the six sheets diagonally. Make notes with a simple pencil (as shown in the photo). Cut these lines, starting from the edge and just a little short of the middle (leave just a couple of millimeters).
Step 2
We open the resulting square and put it in front of us as shown in the photo.
Step 3
Now you need to twist the tubes. We twist the first row of strips and fasten them with a stapler. You will have triangles on the sides of the tube.
Step 4
We turn the workpiece over to the other side. In the same way, we fix the strips that are closest to the center into the tubes.
Step 5
Next, continue to turn the snowflake over and fasten the remaining strips. As a result, you should have a diamond-like blank.
Step 6
With the remaining five sheets of paper, we do the same as with the first sheet. Take three blanks in your hands and fasten them with a stapler, carry out the same operation with the remaining three blanks.
Step 7
Now we need to connect the halves of our snowflake. Staple any areas where parts of the snowflake touch each other.
Step 8
Remained the most enjoyable part that kids usually love! Decorate the resulting snowflake with sparkles, beads, rhinestones, paint it with paints. Done! Now all that remains is to find its place for the snowflake.
