Dance culture does not stand still. And today an increasing number of young people singles out break dance as a modern, dynamic and creative direction, calling it the main special effect of the entire dance culture. The upper break is easy enough to learn even for a beginner. The main requirement is to be able to own your own body.
It is necessary
- - large mirror;
- - sportswear;
- - music.
Instructions
Step 1
Determine which component of the upper break dance is closer to you: breaking (plastic) or robot style (constrained movements).
Step 2
Stand in front of a mirror and try to imagine yourself as a robot. Remember that stiffness is inherent in any machine. Even one casual, fluid movement can ruin everything. Try to bend and unbend your arms in small jerks. Then try to make the movement harder. Draw an imaginary path in space along which you will move your arms or hand. Once you've mastered this element, try making the movement dynamic, i.e. do not stand still. However, remember that you are a "robot". Legs should also move in jerks. You can move your head to the beat of the music to make the movement even more complete. When you have mastered these elementary elements, begin to increase the speed of your movements. To make it easier, first try to do the combination of movements normally, without constraining yourself, and then break it into parts and depict a robot.
Step 3
Try to master the basics of breaking. This requires some flexibility. Stand in front of the mirror, relax, concentrate your attention. Start with a wave with your arms. Imagine that the wave starts from the left hand, passes the elbow, shoulder, passes into the shoulder joint of the right hand, and gradually ends in the right hand. Watch your brushes. They should be relaxed. With constant training, mastering this movement is quite simple. Next, learn to launch a wave from any position, pass it through yourself, through your shoulder, knee. The main thing is to enjoy the dance, and everything will work out.
