Breakdancing is a trendy, creative and incredibly energetic dance style. Today, an increasing number of young people are striving to try themselves in the role of a break dancer, learning some basic movements and inventing new ones.
It is necessary
- - sportswear and footwear;
- - a special hat;
- - mirror;
- - music.
Instructions
Step 1
Wear comfortable, easy-to-move clothing. Remember, break dance also includes complex acrobatic elements, so initial physical training is necessary in order to quickly master the technique of this dance. However, even people without dance experience will be able to learn how to perform break dance. The main thing is persistent training and desire.
Step 2
Master these basic elements before you start learning the movements of the dance itself. You must be able to: stand on your hands (on your hand) and your head; hold the press for a long time and steadily. Have good stretch and strong back muscles.
Step 3
Master the most basic break movement - the wave. To do this, fall down on your hands. First, the hands touch the ground, then the chest, and then the legs.
Step 4
Practice the arm and leg exercise. To do this, stand on your feet and at the same time jump onto your hands. Push back with your legs and arms and jump onto your arms again.
Step 5
Slide on your head. This should be done only in a special hat. With a running start, jump on your head, remove your hands and slide by inertia.
Step 6
Learn to twist on your back. To do this, sit on the floor so that your left leg is straight under you, and your right leg is bent at the knee. Straighten your right leg sharply and carry it to the left over your left leg as far as your body allows. Now both legs are straight, crossed. Briskly sweep the left under the right, an angle is formed and good speed. Now, spinning on your back, pull your legs towards you and cross them for even more speed.
Step 7
Learn to perform a wave with your hands, feet, and launch it from any part of the body. The wave is considered the main element of upper break dance. The movement of the robot is also referred to the basics of the upper break. It is performed by imagining oneself as a machine. All movements should be sharp, intermittent. Fluency is absolutely not allowed.
Step 8
Train as often as possible, develop flexibility and muscle, and the results will definitely be noticeable.
