Street break dance has been popular among young people for about 40 years. In translation, break means something crazy and reckless. And the dance fully answers its name.
Instructions
Step 1
Break dance is traditionally divided into two directions - upper and lower. The upper break is based on body plastics, while the lower one is more specialized in strength techniques. The bottom break is suitable for those people who do not shackle themselves with some kind of framework, live to the clear rhythms of hip-hop and love to ride a skateboard. When performing elements of this direction, the dancer must lower himself to the floor and perform power and acrobatic stunts.
Step 2
Typically, bottom break dance can be characterized by an abundance of elements such as Windmill, Swipe, Turtle, Twist, Cricket, Sixstep, Backspin, Flare, Baby freeze. In addition, improvisation is actively used.
Step 3
In order to learn how to dance the bottom break, you need to have a certain physical strength. So, for example, if you get bored of dancing on your feet, then you can learn how to make movements in the style of foot work. To be able to perform such a movement, you must first learn, standing on your hand, to spin around your axis. You can start training from the beginning with a quarter or half of the circles. Movements are created by busting with your feet. Therefore, in order to learn how to move your legs very quickly, you must first learn how to keep balance. When you have mastered the movement in a semicircle, you can proceed to learning to move around your axis. And gradually you will be able to gain the correct and necessary speed for the dance.
Step 4
Another power moves make you squeeze out all the power possibilities. But you need to be prepared for the fact that such an exercise will load the muscles in full. It is a twist on the head, with simultaneous push-ups from the floor, turning into twisting around its axis. You only need to learn this movement if you have a very strong neck. First you need to learn to stand on your head (you can use a support in the form of a wall with a consistent retreat from it). Your goal at this moment is to learn how to keep your balance. Once you feel like a pro in head-standing, you can move on to learning more advanced dance elements. To do this, apart from learning to stand on your head, you need to learn how to do push-ups on your hands (first on two, then on one), and it is advisable to do this without relying on the help of your legs. All you have to do is learn how to spin on your head, and you can combine all the movements into one. Stubborn training will help you achieve the speed you need, and you can conquer all onlookers on the street with a virtuoso performance of the lower break.
