It's no secret that a photo can be changed by color balance and even some objects can be painted. It all depends on your abilities and on the capabilities of the Photoshop computer program.

Instructions
Step 1
Go to Photoshop. Select File from the menu. In the drop-down list, click "Open …". In the new window, search your computer for the desired photo and click the "Open" button below.
Step 2
In the Photoshop menu, select "Image". In the drop-down list, click "Adjustments", and then on the arrow go to the "Desaturate" action. This will make your photo appear in black and white.
Step 3
If you want to leave the red objects in the photo as such, and the rest is all in black and white, then select the Archive Brush from the toolbar. This tool returns the image to its original appearance, which was before the changes were made. Adjust the diameter, hardness of the brush and go over the red areas of the photo.
