Instructions
Step 1
Buy candles according to the number of rooms in your house (note that utility and toilet rooms are included). Before starting the energy cleaning procedure, light one of them. Sit in silence for a few minutes, gazing into the fire. Tune your feelings and thoughts to positive emotions.
Step 2
Go with the burning candles first into the hallway. Basically, it is through this room that the negative penetrates into your house and the positive charge leaves. Slowly move the candles parallel to the surface of the front door, remembering to bring the flame to the handles and bell.
Step 3
Treat the bathroom and toilet with care. Here you wash away the physical dirt, and the spiritual settles on furniture and everyday objects. Pay special attention to the drain holes, not only water flows through them, but also your life force.
Step 4
Go to the bedroom. Circle it with candles from left to right. Stop by your bed. Draw a cross here in the air. Thus, you will destroy the bad dreams and nightmares that may torment you at night.
Step 5
Now start clearing other rooms. Walk along the walls, listening to your own inner feelings, follow their prompts. Maybe you want to stand a little longer near the mirror, peering into its reflection? Do not resist your desire, trust your intuition.
Step 6
In the process of going through the apartment, collect candle cinders on a plate or saucer specially allocated for this procedure. Watch how the candle burns out. Where the flame begins to tremble and smoke, linger longer, burning out the negative, which, apparently, has accumulated in this place.
Step 7
After completing the energy cleaning, shake off the remaining candles and carbon deposits from the dishes into a separate bag. Be careful not to touch these items. Without delay, take the bag out of the house and throw it into the trash chute.
