The word "karma" often means the whole weight of sins and mistakes committed by a person in the past and present lives. Nevertheless, the karma of the current life depends little on the mistakes of the past and is mostly created from actions during the present life. The problems that fall on you are probably caused by excessive attachment to certain material goods that have nothing to do with enlightenment. To get rid of unhappiness, experienced teachers suggest cleansing the vessel of karma.

Instructions

Step 1

Compare your desires with reality. If it seems to you necessary to earn one amount, but you get another, less, think: is there a need for additional income? Perhaps life punishes you for this dissatisfaction: your mood worsens, relations are aggravated … Treat material wealth and a career as a means, not a goal of existence, take failures calmly

Step 2

Reconsider your relationship to the body. Complaints about the slightest malaise and neglect of one's own health and the forces of others are equally harmful.

Step 3

The same applies to other aspects of life: friendships and family contacts, religion, and so on. Pay attention to what extremes you allow in this or that area.

Step 4

Imagine all your sins and mistakes as a dark liquid in a glass vessel. This vessel is the vessel of karma. At the top of this vessel there are several pipes, which can be conventionally given the following names: Idealization of earthly values, that is, attachment to material goods; Erroneous beliefs, that is, a wrong idea of the universe, including the political sphere; Deliberate actions, or the commission of actions that are deliberately harmful to a person; Failure to fulfill a karmic task, that is, living not your own life. Through these pipes, the fluid of the bugs flows into the vessel, forcing us to complain about life and thereby contract it.

Step 5

There are also pipes at the bottom through which actions merge. Their names: Conscious positive actions, that is, voluntarily committed benefits; Positive personality traits; External influences of other people, that is, the influence of friends and acquaintances; Performing karmic, that is, doing what you love and being satisfied with it. Through these pipes, liquid leaves the vessel of karma, making us sinless.

Step 6

Based on the logic of this vessel, restrict the access of liquid to the vessel of karma through the upper pipes and open the lower vessels, performing the appropriate actions in life.
