Step 1
The easiest way is for those who have high sensitivity and have good contact with their subconscious. Such people can cleanse their energies directly, simply by finding areas with foreign energy, directing attention there and expressing the intention to clean these areas. They can feel the energy physically or perceive it in the form of images. They can imagine that the negative burns out or goes into the ground, or come up with something else.
Step 2
You can train in the feeling of energy and at the same time try to clean it by strengthening your flows. It is believed that a person has two main energy flows along the spine. One stream goes from the ground, through the legs and tailbone, up and out through the crown. The second stream enters through the crown of the head and exits through the lower centers of the person into the ground. Sit with your back straight in a comfortable position, relax and try to feel these flows. These sensations may be subtle at first. Streams can be accelerated by intent. When their power increases, the aura is cleared, blocks and plugs go away. The general energy sector is also growing. Be careful not to overdo it. At first, there may be discomfort and headache. In this case, take a break.
Step 3
Energy can be cleaned by interacting with nature. It is helpful to walk barefoot on the ground or sit on it. You can take a shower, imagining that the water carries away all the negative. Some trees (birch, aspen, linden, poplar) allow you to cleanse the aura. They are able to take away pathological destructive energy, and some of them can also charge positive energy (birch). Walk up to a tree, hug it or stand with your back to it, think about your goal (cleansing). Wait a few minutes, you can feel the waves of energy. Thank the tree, remember that with trees like aspen, it’s better not to overdo it - they can weaken you. It is not necessary to make these sessions long with one tree. It is undesirable to do this in winter when nature is sleeping.
Step 4
Sit or lie down, relax. Concentrate on your breathing. Then imagine that with each exhalation, negative energy leaves your body, and as you exhale, positive energy fills it. Maybe you feel discomfort in some parts of the body - try to "breathe" them.
Step 5
Getting rid of negative memories and emotions also helps cleanse the energy. A lot of techniques have been invented for this. One of the most famous is the recapitulation technique described in the books of Carlos Castaneda. Its essence is that you recall a situation that has ever unsettled you and at the thought of which you experience negative feelings. Remember all the details, characters and setting, your thoughts and feelings. At the same time, be an observer - do not evaluate and do not draw conclusions, do not succumb to emotions. Imagine watching a movie. Castaneda also recommends using exhalation as a tool to release the negative charge of memory. The technique of eye movement is also known. But you can do without it. After a while, you will notice that the situation no longer bothers you.
