Actually, one movement is the opposite of the other.

After that, sit down slightly on your right leg, and bend your left at the knee and try to stretch it forward a little. Then on the count of "one" straighten both legs and step forward with the left of them. Sit down on the "and" on your left leg, and bend your right one at the knee, lift it slightly up. On "two" straighten the knees of both legs and again, taking a small step forward, stand on the entire foot of the right leg. Hands should be raised all the time. Repeat these movements several times.
