Master the squat steps. For this movement, you will need a pair of colored scarves. Stand up straight, put your feet together, take a scarf in each hand. Stretch your arms up. "One" - sit down a little on your right leg, while bending the left at the knee.

"Two" - straighten your right leg, and extend the left one forward, also keeping it in a straight position. "Three" - lower your left foot to the floor, taking a step.
