Origami is the name of the art of paper folding of various crafts. Glue and scissors are almost never used. This occupation came to us from ancient times, before it was an art, but now it looks more like an entertaining and wise game. Many modern paper figures are folded for the purpose of entertainment, for example, a water bomb.

In childhood, many made a water bomb out of paper. It has a hole through which the bomb was filled with water and thrown from a height or so that it hit the wall with force. When the paper burst, splashes flew in all directions. Both small children and high school students were fond of fun.

Tips for making origami

Assembling a water bomb from paper does not take long if you follow the instructions carefully. After several workouts, it can be done without peeping into the circuit and very quickly.

Try not to use scissors to cut off excess. If it is necessary to separate a part of the paper, fold the sheet in a straight line, and iron the fold with your nails or the edge of a ruler. Carefully tear the resulting fold from above, then tear off a strip of paper further along the line. This way of doing without scissors will take a little training. But it will be, firstly, more practical - there are not always scissors at hand, and secondly, it corresponds to the spirit of origami art.

How to make a water bomb

Fold a square sheet of paper in half to make a rectangle. Now open the sheet - a clear fold should remain on it. Fold the sheet diagonally, fold again. Open the sheet and fold it diagonally again, but in the opposite direction. There should be three distinct folds on the paper, going through the entire sheet.

Place the sheet in front of you so that the longitudinal fold on the sheet is perpendicular to you, with diagonal folds extending from it like rays. Grasp the sheet by the edge closest to you so that the edge of the center line is between your fingers. Now fold this edge towards the middle. Do the same on the opposite side - you will get a triangle with two "pockets".

Attach the extreme corner of one of the triangular "pockets" to the middle one. Fold the rest of the corners in the same way. Iron the folds around the resulting square. Now attention: one corner of the square turns out to be such that it cannot be divided and bent in different directions. Place the square so that this corner seems to be pointing at you. Grab the right corner, fold to the middle. Do the same with the left corner, rotate the shape and repeat on the other side.

There are pockets in the upper halves of the figure. Bend the upper corners so that they go into the pockets, and so on three more times. There is a small hole at the bottom - inhale more air and inflate the resulting product through it, like a balloon. The bomb is ready. Instead of air, you can fill it with water.
