Depending on the speed of movement, it is necessary to set a certain shutter speed on the camera. For example, for shooting a running man, a shutter speed of 1/250 s is required, for sprinters or cars at high speed - 1/500 s, and for motorcycles, airplanes, racing cars, a shutter speed of 1/1000 s. or even shorter.
Step 2
If your camera has a limited shutter speed range, then try to take pictures when objects are closer to you, rather than moving across the frame. For a more beautiful shot when shooting a moving car, try setting a slow shutter speed (about 1/60 sec.) And use a special wiring technique. That is, you just need to follow a moving subject so that it does not go out of the center of the viewfinder. Take a photo after a few seconds. As a result, you will get a fairly clear object that stands out against the effectively blurred background.

When shooting moving objects indoors (for example, at hockey games), use the flash. Fast flash times have the same effect as fast shutter speeds, allowing you to freeze any subject in the picture. But remember to know the maximum flash distance first.
