Origami - the art of paper folding - is different. Some origami figures are folded from one or two sheets of paper, but there are also complex heteromodular figures that are assembled from small paper modules that are folded in large numbers before starting the assembly of the product. It is very easy to make a paper module, on the basis of which you can make a lot of different paper crafts.
Instructions
Step 1
The module is assembled in a short time, and if you add a certain number of modules of the same size, you will be able to assemble a tree, a bird, an animal or a vase of flowers from them. Take white or colored paper and cut a rectangular piece of paper into equal rectangles.
Step 2
Start folding the modules from one of the rectangles - take it and fold it in half with the colored side up, making a longitudinal center fold. Then bend the resulting workpiece across, aligning the side edges. Unfold the figurine.
Step 3
Fold the sides of the workpiece to the middle, aligning the edges of the figure in the center line of the fold, and then turn the workpiece over and bend the corners up. Bend the protruding parts of the triangle up and bend the module in half. It's almost ready - iron all the folds carefully, press the corners and make sure the module is made correctly.
Step 4
If you want to assemble a Christmas tree from such modules, make a few more parts from paper of the same color. Fold the first piece of your figurine from three identical modules by inserting two modules into the pockets of the third.
Step 5
You can connect such modules without glue, and if you use thick paper, they will stick on their own. The more modules you use, the more options for new products you will have. Assembling figures from identical modules resembles a fascinating construction set that can be disassembled and reassembled at any time.
