Instructions
Step 1
If you decide to start your journey in the Warcraft universe, decide which servers are more convenient for you to play on. There is an opportunity to join both Russian-speaking players and English-speaking ones. After choosing, open the official website of the game and proceed to create an account.
Register a trial account, this will allow you to play for free for 10 days. If you are determined to continue playing after the expiration date, buy a classic game key. This can be done both on the official website and in one of the online stores.
Step 2
There are currently 4 stages of the world of World of Warcraft: the classic game, The Burning Crusade, Wrath of The Lich King and Cataclysm add-ons. You do not need to purchase keys for all add-ons at the same time, you can do this after reaching the leveled "ceiling" of the previous add-on. When buying, be careful that you are purchasing keys for the desired localization of the game. That is, if you play in Russian-speaking worlds, the key to the English version of the game will not work for you.
Step 3
After creating an account, download the game client. The latest version of the client can be found on the game's official website. For installation, you will need at least 12 GB of free disk space on your computer.
Step 4
Run the launcher.exe file from the root folder of the game. The client will be checked for operability and, if necessary, the game will be updated. After verification, the game will start. In the first window, enter your username and password received when purchasing a key in a special form and click the "Login" button. After logging in, select the game world and proceed to character creation. After creating your virtual alter ego, click on the "Enter the world" button and begin your journey in the Warcraft universe.
