Step 1
The game of poker involves a deck of 52 cards from deuce to ace of each of 4 suits. If you play in a casino, each new dealer prints out a deck of cards in front of you and shows you what it was. The cards are dealt with a special machine so that there is no fraud on the part of the casino. If you play with a company, a person is assigned to act as a dealer. But more often the participants play among themselves, dealing cards alternately. The deck is shuffled before each deal.
Step 2
Before the cards are dealt, bets must be placed. In the casino, you must place your chips on the “Ante” box. The minimum and maximum bets are determined by the casino administration and may differ at different tables. If you are playing with a company, then bets are placed in the center of the table.
Step 3
After all players have placed their bets, the dealer deals the cards. 5 cards for each player and yourself. The cards are dealt alternately from left to right "blindly". The dealer deals the last card to himself face up. Outside the casino, all players at the table play face-to-face.
Step 4
After the cards are dealt, you must decide on your hand. The point of poker is to hit the best possible hand. If you rated the combination as successful, then you need to place a bet on the “Bet” field. A Bet is equal to two Ante. If the combination, in your opinion, is unsuccessful, you fold and your “Ante” bet loses.
Step 5
After all players have made their choice, the dealer reveals his cards. If your combination of cards is stronger, then you are paid out according to the poker paytable. If the dealer has a winning combination, then your bets are lost. If the dealer does not have a game, that is, there is no poker hand, you will simply be paid one-to-one “Ante” bet. At a regular playing table, the player who has the strongest combination of cards wins and he takes all the bets on the table.
Step 6
To play poker successfully, you need to keep an eye on other players. But do not peep their cards, which is strictly prohibited in the casino, and you may be asked to leave for such actions. Take your time deciding on cards. If most of the players have folded their cards, chances are high that the dealer has a good hand. In this case, it is worth risking only if you also have a combination not lower than a pair, but rather an order. If the majority of players place bets, then the dealer's combination may, on the contrary, be weak. In a normal game, players throwing off cards may mean that your potential opponent has a good chance of winning. Or it may happen that the strongest cards are now in your hands.
