Instructions

Step 1

The process of making soap at home is significantly different from making it in production. At a minimum, such a soap will be free from most of the chemical components used in production. Today, many are carried away by this interesting activity, there are even special stores selling consumables for soap makers. If there is no such store in your city, you can easily make soap yourself and be surprised to learn that almost everything you need to make it can be found at your home.

Step 2

Homemade soap can be used to solve a variety of skin problems. In particular, if your skin is very flaky, add ground coffee with soap and you will get a great scrub. Essential oils are perfect for preparing this skin cleanser: tea tree oil will fight excess fat and acne, citrus oil will fight cellulite, and ylang-ylang oil is known for its anti-aging properties.

Step 3

The effect of essential oils will be perfectly complemented by decoctions of medicinal herbs, bee products, cream, oatmeal, fruit puree, etc. Having bought baby soap or a special base in the store, you need to grate it and put it in a water bath. Now you can add any components to it, depending on what effect you want to achieve. The melted soap must be diluted with liquid. Use for this not just water, but decoctions of medicinal herbs, milk, coffee, cocoa or freshly squeezed juice of fruits or vegetables.

Step 4

To cook the soap yourself, you need to add the base oil to the resulting homogeneous mass. Sunflower is not suitable for these purposes, it is better to take olive, peach or almond. Then proceed to endow the prepared product with healing properties with the aforementioned ground coffee, fruit puree, dried flowers, honey, oatmeal, ground nut shells, coconut flakes, vitamins E, group B, etc. Make sure that the mass does not boil. Once everything is well mixed, remove from heat.

Step 5

The hot mixture must be quickly poured into pre-prepared molds, greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle the soap with alcohol or vodka on top to prevent ugly bubbles from forming on the surface. Ready soap should be allowed to mature. Soak it in the refrigerator for 2 days. During this time, the hardness of this detergent and its effectiveness will increase significantly. Remember! If you used natural juices and purees in the cooking process, then such a product should be consumed first, otherwise it will deteriorate.
