Bear, wolf, fox and hare are the most popular animal characters in Russian fairy tales. To illustrate the artwork, you need to learn how to portray these animals quickly and confidently. Step 1
Try to draw a cute fluffy fox. Place a sheet of paper horizontally in front of you. Since the character will not be a photographic copy of a real beast, but is closer in appearance to cartoon characters, the proportions of the body may be slightly different.
Step 2
Come up with a pose for the animal. Divide the chanterelle figurine into simple shapes. Mark the extreme points of the drawing on the sheet. Sketch the head in the form of a circle, the body - an oval, the tail - also an oval, but more elongated. Mark the position of the legs with lines.
Step 3
If the fox in the picture is sitting, the hind leg can also be drawn round. At the top of the head circle, draw two triangles, these are the future sharp ears of the beast. To draw the face more accurately, sketch out a few strokes, on the basis of which you will depict all the elements.
Step 4
The fox's face has fluffy cheeks, draw them in zigzag strokes with a pencil. Refine the shape of the animal's ears, they can stand upright on the top of the head or be slightly tilted to the sides. Draw another line inside the ears.
Step 5
The eyes of the fox are oblong with a raised outer corner. Try to accurately "catch" the cunning and cunning when depicting the eyes of the animal. Draw a round pupil, shade the iris, use the eraser to make highlights.
Step 6
Draw a small triangular nose between the eyes, just below. The lines of the chanterelle's mouth extend from it, lift the corners of your lips a little to get a sly smile. On the side of the nose button and to the inner corners of the eyes, shade the paper with a pencil, this will form the animal's face.
Step 7
More precisely depict the body of the chanterelle, draw the position of the paws, do not forget about the soft "pads" and sharp claws. On the chest of the beast, draw a fluffy corner that remains white. The tail at the tip also has a snow-white tassel.
Step 8
Fluff the entire contour of the chanterelle drawing with pencil strokes. Erase unnecessary lines and refine the places that do not suit you.
