Everyone loves animals, and surely no one will refuse to draw a cute puppy with their own hands. In this article, we will look at the technique of drawing a puppy using pencil and paper.

Step 1
Any object in the picture is a combination of different geometric shapes. The puppy combines several circles in itself - draw a larger circle for the head, and under it, at a short distance to the right and below, a smaller circle for the body.
Step 2
On the puppy's head, make preparatory marks showing the angle of the head rotation - two curved lines, vertical and horizontal. The center of the intersection of the lines should move slightly to the left and down so that the puppy's muzzle is turned to the left.
Step 3
Then connect the head and torso with a line with a slight tilt - outline the neck. Indicate the future legs and tail in the same way.
Step 4
Focusing on the four sectors into which you divided the puppy's head, draw two large eyes in the upper sectors, moving them slightly to the left in accordance with the foreshortening.
Step 5
Next, draw an oblong oval for the nose, which should extend beyond the head on the left, and then draw a muzzle, the top edge of which should start from the center point of the head.
Step 6
Detail the head - above the eyes, draw a voluminous crown with superciliary arches, and on the left and right, draw two hanging ears. Finish drawing the face with the puppy's open mouth.
Step 7
Draw pupils and highlights in the eyes, looking to the left. Then continue drawing the puppy's torso - draw from the head down the silhouette of the neck and outline the outline of the torso and paws.
Step 8
Draw the upturned tail at the back. Your puppy is ready - you can add some details to the drawing and paint the puppy in any colors you like.
