Pikachu is the most popular of the large Pokemon family, unusual creatures from the cartoon of the same name. Pikachu has a good character, he often smiles, but if pissed off, he will show a cool temper.
Instructions
Step 1
Draw a rectangle on the smaller side with a pencil, approximately 4: 7. Do not press down on the pencil, as the guide lines will need to be removed when the drawing is complete.
Step 2
Separate the head of the Pokemon with a thin horizontal line running in the middle of the rectangle. Round off the top two corners, remember that Pikachu has cheeks, so the bottom of the head is slightly wider than the top. Also note that the chin line of this Pokemon is not drawn, the lower jaw is indicated by the shadow lying under it.
Step 3
Mentally draw two horizontal lines on Pikachu's head that divide his head into three equal parts. Draw the mouth and cheeks on the bottom line. If the mouth is closed, draw it in the form of a zigzag, if it is open, draw the upper lip with two bulges, and under it draw the mouth in the form of a parabola. Place your cheeks closer to the edges of the muzzle than to the corners of the mouth. On the upper guide line draw round eyes, their size is the same as the size of the cheeks. Don't forget the small glare in the eyes. Draw a small nose between the mouth and eyes as an isosceles triangle pointing down. Draw the pointy ears of the Pikachu, separate the areas in them that will be painted over with black.
Step 4
Round the bottom corners of the construction rectangle, draw two pairs of legs, they are not very long. The upper limbs of Pikachu have five fingers, the lower ones have three. Do not forget about the tail, draw two zigzag lines, slightly diverging from the base, connect them. Select with strokes the area of the tail, located at the base, which will be painted over with brown color.
Step 5
Erase the auxiliary pencil lines with an eraser. Color the entire Pikachu in yellow, the tips of his ears and eyes in black, part of his tail in brown, and his cheeks in red. Leave white highlights in the Pokémon's eyes.
