On the eve of the New Year, you can draw a Snow Maiden - the granddaughter of Santa Claus. Decorate a homemade card with this picture, or simply design it as a gift. Drawing it is easy, and you will enjoy working with color.

Instructions
Step 1
Place a sheet of paper vertically so that the figure of the Snow Maiden fits in full growth. Using a simple pencil, start sketching. Draw a small circle at the top of the sheet for the base of the character's head, and divide it vertically with a center line. In the future, it will be useful to us. Just below the head, draw a triangle with a rounded top and a semicircle at the bottom instead of a straight base. This will be the Snow Maiden's fur coat.
Step 2
Start refining the details of the sketch. Draw the lower part of the face. The chin will slightly "go" over the fur coat. Draw an arc for the mouth of the Snow Maiden and draw two eyes. Keep them at the same distance from the midline of the face. Draw a hat at the top of the head. Add guidelines for the border, hem, and fur rim of the hat. Draw the arms. Take your time to erase invisible lines with the eraser.
Step 3
Draw a detailed sketch. Draw the entire headdress of the red cap, the bangs protruding from under the cap, strands of hair along the edges of the head. Draw the eyes (pupils, eyelashes), outline a small nose, draw lips. Decorate the fur coat with a fluffy collar by drawing it in a semicircle around the neck. Then draw a braid with a bow (you can skip the braiding of the hair for now). Draw a muff - a fur device to hide frozen hands in. Then draw two vertical lines in the middle of the fur coat and one horizontal line at the bottom of the hem. This will be the fur trim of the suit.
Step 4
Erase all invisible and auxiliary lines with an eraser, draw braids, folds of fabric on clothes. Now you can start working in color. Decide what it will be - paints, pencils, crayons, etc. Mixed media can also be used for this drawing.
Step 5
Choose the color range yourself. Usually the Snow Maiden costume is performed in a cold scale. In the figure, the main tone of the fur coat and headdress is blue, the fur is white with a bluish glow. Hair color is not important. The Snow Maiden is ready for the holiday!
