Cast on the circular knitting needles the resulting number of loops. Close knitting in a circle and knit 1x1 elastic in a circle, alternating 1 front and 1 purl. Knit with an elastic band 5 centimeters.
Step 4
Next, knit 1 row with front loops and proceed to knitting with the main pattern. Hats with the "Braids" pattern look very nice. Novice needlewomen are often afraid to knit them, since for this you need to use an auxiliary knitting needle. However, for knitting small braids on four loops, you do not need to use an auxiliary knitting needle.
Step 5
