Before giving a gift, it is customary to pack it. The most common option in this business is a gift bag. They can be matched to any celebration, of any color and size. But you can make a gift bag yourself. It will turn out to be a much more economical, but no less beautiful option.
It is necessary
- - bright durable wallpaper;
- - scissors;
- - PVA glue;
- - satin ribbon.
Instructions
Step 1
For work, you need to take durable wallpaper. Best of all, if they are for the children's room. In this case, you get a very bright package.
Step 2
We cut out a workpiece of the required size and fold it, but not completely in half, leaving 2 cm for an allowance from one edge.
Step 3
We also fold the allowance.
Step 4
We glue the short half of the future package and the allowance.
Step 5
On both sides of the workpiece, we make the same bends of 3 cm.
Step 6
We fold each bend inward. All seams must be ironed well at the same time.
Step 7
We form the bottom of the bag. To do this, you need a bend of about 4 cm (it all depends on the volume of the gift).
Step 8
Expand the package and fold at the bottom. Now it needs to be folded vertically on both sides (as shown in the figure).
Step 9
We bend one edge of the future bottom and carefully lubricate it with PVA.
Step 10
Glue the greased edge to the second edge. This should be done as best as possible so that the bag holds well.
Step 11
At the top of the bag, we make bends of 1-1.5 cm.
Step 12
We wrap them inward and glue them.
Step 13
Using a hole punch, we make holes for the handles. We tie satin ribbons of the required length and the gift bag is ready!
