A comfortable, soft and beautiful suit for a child can only be made by the loving and caring hands of a loved one. To do this, it is quite enough to have only the basic knitting skills, so even a novice needlewoman will cope with the work.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of yarn;
- - circular needles # 3.
Instructions
Step 1
Children's skin is very sensitive, so you should choose a very soft and delicate yarn for knitting a suit. It's easy to check, just put it on your cheek or wrist. If the yarn does not prick, then the baby will be comfortable.
Step 2
Many mothers and grandmothers believe that only natural fiber yarn should be chosen for knitting children's clothes. However, it has several significant disadvantages. Firstly, natural fibers often cause allergies, and secondly, such yarn is very expensive, and since children grow up quickly, clothes will have to be changed often.
Step 3
The special blended yarn is very well suited for knitting children's suits, the label to which says "Baby". Products made from it are soft.
Step 4
The most comfortable model for a pullover or blouse is a raglan. Moreover, it is best to knit, starting from the neck. If the suit becomes small, then you can tie it along the length and sleeves.
Step 5
Tie a sample and calculate the number of loops in one centimeter. Measure the baby's head. Multiply the size of this measurement by the number of loops in one centimeter. Type on the circular or hosiery knitting needles of the loop of your choice.
Step 6
Knit with an elastic band the required size of the neckline. Do not knit tightly, the neck should be elastic and easily pass over the head.
Step 7
Next, divide the number of stitches for raglan, back and front. Subtract 8 loops from the total (for raglan lines, 2 loops each). For example, for the neckline, you typed 80.80-8 = 72. Therefore, there are 72 parts left for knitting. Divide these loops by 3. 72: 3 = 24. It turned out 24 loops on the back, on the front and on the sleeves (12 for each).
Step 8
Mark the raglan lines with a contrasting color thread and knit in a circle, adding loops along 4 raglan lines in every second row. Tying to the armpit line, peel off the sleeve loops. Cast on the same number of loops on a working needle and continue to knit in a circle without increasing the required length. Finish knitting.
Step 9
Raise the sleeve stitches, also move the stitches from the pin to the working needles and knit in a circle to the required length.
Step 10
If you want a zipped sweater, place two stitches in the middle of the shelf on a sewing machine and cut between these stitches with sharp scissors. Do not be afraid, the canvas will not bloom.
Step 11
Crochet the incision with single crochets. Sew on the zipper.
Step 12
For the panties, measure the circumference of the waist and calculate for the set of loops as described in step number 5. Tie with a hollow elastic band 1x1 3-4 cm.
Step 13
Next, knit to the required length to the legs. Please note that this distance should be such that the pants can be freely put on the diaper.
Step 14
Divide the total number of stitches by two and knit each leg in a circle separately to the desired length. Finish knitting. Insert the elastic band into the elastic band.
