It is believed that a beautiful and fashionable dress cannot be warm. However, this is debatable. Tie a bright, elegant dress with your own hands, and you will look elegant in any, even cold weather.
It is necessary
- - 600-1000 g of yarn;
- - circular needles # 2;
- - straight knitting needles # 2;
- - hook number 1, 5.
Instructions
Step 1
To make a knitted dress really warm and warm you on cold days, knit it from natural alpaca, merino or angora sheep yarn. However, 100% natural yarn is very expensive and quickly loses its appearance, so mixed yarn, for example, 50% natural fibers and 50% acrylic, is also suitable for knitting a dress.
Step 2
Before starting work, take a 10x10 test piece to determine the knitting density. The optimal number of loops in the sample is 22 loops and 22 rows. If the number of stitches in your pattern is different, then change the knitting needles to a larger or smaller size.
Step 3
For size 44-46 on needles # 2 cast on 200 stitches. If your size is different, please make your calculation. Measure the circumference of your hips and multiply the measurement by the number of loops in one centimeter and add 10 loops for the freedom of fit.
Step 4
Close knit in a circle and knit about 60 cm with a 2x2 elastic band. In order to mark the waistline, knit two purl stitches in one row together and knit 10 rows with a 2x1 elastic band (148 stitches should remain on the needles).
Step 5
Next, knit another 20 cm with a 2x2 elastic band or any fancy pattern. Divide the knitting into 2 equal parts of 74 loops and knit separately to decorate the raglan line. Bind off on both sides of the back, one loop in every second row, until there are 44 loops on the needles.
Step 6
To decorate the neckline, in row 47 from the beginning of the raglan, close 12 loops in the middle and knit separately. Close in every second row 1 time by 2 loops, 1 time by 3, 1 time by 5 and 1 time by 6. In the 54th row from the beginning of the raglan, all loops should be used. Knit the left side of the back in the same way.
Step 7
Knit the front raglan line in the same way as on the back (see step # 5). To cut the neckline in the 33rd row from the beginning of the raglan, close 12 loops in the middle and knit the part separately. On both sides, bind off in every second row 6 times 2, 4 times 1. In row 54, all loops should be used.
Step 8
Knit the sleeves with straight needles # 2. Cast on 58 stitches and knit 50 cm with 2x2 elastic. To expand the sleeve, add one loop on both sides of the sleeve in the 11th, 33rd, 47th, 67th rows (as a result, there should be 66 loops on the needles). Next, to decorate the raglan line, close one loop 28 times in every second row (10 loops should remain on the needles). Close the hinges.
Step 9
Sew the sleeves and sew them into the armhole. Crochet the edge of the neckline with two rows of single crochets.
