A do-it-yourself winter dress is always relevant in the wardrobe of a modern woman. There are many knitting tutorials available (both printed and electronic), so it's easy to find a fashionable pattern on your own. An inexperienced needlewoman should not start with too elaborate schemes. Try to make a product of simple strict forms - a classic thing will favorably emphasize your figure and can serve you every day in cold weather.
It is necessary
- - centimeter;
- - yarn (cotton and wool or cotton and viscose);
- - straight knitting needles # 1;
- - darning needle for connecting seams.
Instructions
Step 1
Start knitting your winter dress from the back. For her, you need to dial a certain (odd) number of loops on straight knitting needles, depending on the desired size and knitting density. For example, for a size 40 model, 191 initial loops are sufficient. Knitting in this case will be dense, on thin needles No. 1 with the appropriate yarn.
Step 2
Tie an elastic band about 6-7 cm in height, alternating the front and back loops 1x1. After that, go to the main knitting pattern. In order for the dress to have a strict silhouette and at the same time be elegant, it is recommended to "weave" vertical braids on it. The seamy surface between them will emphasize the relief, and the elastic will make the thing elastic.
Step 3
Practice knitting the pattern to fit exactly into the given number of stitches in the row. Example: from 191 loops - 18 with elastic; 11 - purl; 9 - oblique; Purl 19; 9 - oblique; 11 - purl; 37 - with an elastic band; 11 - purl; 9 oblique; Purl 19; 9 oblique; Purl 11; 18 with an elastic band. You will have 4 braids in total. If you need to narrow or expand the details of the cut, arrange the relief in your own way, but observe symmetry.
Step 4
Work a nine-stitch braid as follows:
- perform the first row of the pattern in the front row with the front loops;
- knit the next row with purl (also - all subsequent even rows);
- in the third row, set aside three loops on the auxiliary knitting needle for knitting. Next, knit with the front ones: first the next three loops; then the loops set aside on the auxiliary knitting needle and, finally, the remaining three loops;
- in the fifth row, only front loops are knitted;
- in the seventh - three facial; the next three loops are transferred to the auxiliary knitting needle before knitting. Next, three loops are knitted with the front; finally, the deferred loops are performed with the front;
- the eighth, purl, row completes the first curl of the embossed braid.
Step 5
Tie the dress to the beginning of the armholes of the sleeves (this will be approximately 90 cm from the beginning of work). Next, you need to close one loop on each side in each row, and so on 20 times.
Step 6
Correct the beginning of the neckline (its back on the back). In this example, the neck should be knitted 14-15 cm after rounding the armholes. Count 14 center loops and close them. Then finish each part of the backrest separately, from different balls.
Step 7
Round off the neckline of the dress by knitting the outermost adjacent loops together in each row. Do the subtractions in the following sequence: 1 time cut the work by a loop; 1 time - immediately for 4 loops; 1 time - on the loop; 1 time - for 3 loops; 1 time - on the loop; 1 time for 2 loops and 3 times for a loop. The loops remaining on the needles will be shoulder loops; close them. Follow the mirror image of the opposite half of the neckline.
Step 8
Start knitting the front of your winter dress. It is enough to take the back of the product as a sample, but make the cutout deeper. For example, close the center 17 loops already at a height of 12 cm from the finished armholes of the sleeves. Rounding of the neck must be done in each row: 1 time remove 5 loops at once; 1 time - 1 loop; 1 time - 4 loops; 1 time - loop; 1 time - for 3 loops; 1 time - loop; 1 time - 2 loops and 3 times along the loop.
Step 9
Run one sleeve of the dress, knit the other symmetrically. You can make this part separately and sew it to the main parts of the product, or dial loops along the armhole. For bevels of the sleeves, evenly reduce the loops, knit the cuff with an elastic band of the same height as at the bottom of the front and back.
Step 10
Join the finished parts of the knitted dress with a knitted stitch. You just need to dial the loops for the low plank along the cut-out line and perform it with a 1x1 elastic band.
