If you want to draw a bird in your painting, then try depicting a wild duck. Its artistic structure will be clear to everyone. A bright wild duck will adorn any composition and create a positive mood.

Instructions
Step 1
Start by sketching. Do not press hard on the pencil in the first steps. Otherwise, it will be difficult for you to remove extra lines.
On the sheet, outline the shape of the body - an oval. To the right, draw an oval three times smaller than the previous one. Please note that the ovals need to be drawn in the direction of the bird's flight.
Step 2
Sketch the rest of the torso and head details. Draw an elongated neck, beak in the shape of a triangle. Add a couple of straight lines for the wings.
Step 3
Shape the wings and work out the plumage in more detail. Add paws and draw eyes.
Step 4
Give the body a feather texture, shading the desired areas. Use pencil shading to darken the tail.
Step 5
Use a black pencil or felt-tip pen to trace the main lines. Erase everything unnecessary with the eraser. Use colored pencils or paints to color your bird in bright colors.
